Project Manager

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of complex data center projects in the Northwest from the Seattle District.

Project Details

The role supports primarily data center construction assignments located throughout Washington and Oregon, with projects requiring coordination across design, construction, budget, schedule, quality, and safety functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration, technical leadership, and project oversight.
• Develop and implement project safety plans and promote strong health and safety practices.
• Manage construction performance against design requirements, budget, resources, quality standards, and schedule.
• Evaluate value engineering opportunities and manage project risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations.
• Negotiate subcontracts, purchase orders, and progress payments while monitoring performance.
• Lead reporting, contract compliance, design coordination when applicable, and project closeout.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• Eight to ten years of progressive construction experience; leadership and mentoring experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, methods, codes, contract administration, safety, and quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, stakeholders, and project technology.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management, and scheduling software.
• Willingness and ability to work on regional assignments across Washington and Oregon, including temporary relocation when needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary is $148,000-$182,500 based on experience and qualifications.
