Project Manager

Job Summary

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating the project team and working toward successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop project budgets, contract pricing, procurement plans, schedules, and project procedures.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and the superintendent on project execution, safety, quality, and contract requirements.
• Lead and support project staff, manage reporting and documentation, and organize project meetings.
• Oversee preconstruction, subcontract bidding and negotiation, change documentation, claims prevention, closeout, and warranty follow-up.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Five to eight years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $110,500 to $165,700. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock ownership and stock ownership programs, paid leave, insurance, disability coverage, and other wellness and voluntary benefits.
