Project Manager, Construction

About the role:

ARCO is hiring a Project Manager for its Kansas City team (Riverside, MO office), owning the managerial and administrative side of design-build projects: estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposal prep.

What you'd own:

• Working directly with owners and the design team on preliminary concept drawings and value engineering
• The buyout process and subcontractor selection
• Bi-weekly on-site job meetings

What they're looking for:

• BS in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (minimum 3.0 GPA)
• 3-5 years of design-build experience with a general contractor preferred; cold storage experience preferred
