Project Manager- Healthcare

Job Summary

Lead healthcare construction projects from Atlanta, overseeing delivery, financial performance, safety, quality, schedules, and client relationships. The role may also support projects in other markets.

Project Details

Healthcare is the primary focus, with potential assignments in aviation, K–12, higher education, multifamily, and commercial office construction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Superintendent on scheduling, logistics, infection control, interim life safety, quality, and safety planning.
• Set project procedures, budgets, contract pricing, procurement, and subcontract agreements; track cost, milestones, and project controls.
• Manage contract compliance, project records, changes, claims, quality, closeout, and warranty follow-up.
• Lead project staff and meetings, maintain relationships with clients and project partners, and support preconstruction, estimating, and business development.

Required Experience

• At least five years of construction leadership experience; 5–8 years of field construction management experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects or phases, client relationships, and healthcare construction protocols.
• Proficiency with construction software such as CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD; BIM coordination and clash detection experience.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
• Willingness to travel as project needs require.
