Project Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing

About the role:

McCownGordon is hiring a Project Manager for its Industrial & Manufacturing group in Kansas City — the primary project leader from preconstruction through closeout, operating with minimal oversight.

What you'd own:

• Bid evaluations, trade partner buyouts, procurement, and change order management (PCO/COR)
• Project financial success: budget setup, monthly forecasting and reconciliation, and pay applications
• Self-perform strategy, logistics and equipment planning, and QA/QC inspections

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Project
