Job Summary
JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager for its Advanced Facilities Group, focused on Mission Critical construction including data centers, semiconductor fabs, and industrial/manufacturing facilities. This role leads overall project direction and administration in partnership with the Project Superintendent.
Responsibilities
- Champion jobsite safety culture and investigate incidents as needed.
- Manage the full buyout process, including subcontract issuance, scope verification, and gap analysis.
- Coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and approvals with design teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee change request preparation, pricing, and owner/architect approvals.
- Lead OAC meetings, monthly project reviews, and progress meetings.
- Prepare and update project schedules using Lean principles alongside the Project Superintendent.
- Manage monthly cost and margin forecasting and subcontractor/owner pay applications.
- Identify schedule risks and facilitate mitigation plans.
- Lead project closeout including punch lists, financials, subcontracts, and warranties.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of construction management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in project management, accounting, scheduling, and construction technology software.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Lean process application.
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel as project needs require.
