Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to lead pipe and heavy civil construction work in the water and wastewater sector.

The role supports water and wastewater construction projects, including pipe-related heavy civil work.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, labor projections, work-in-progress forecasts, and financial performance.
• Plan and schedule work while supervising job site leadership personnel.
• Maintain owner relationships and administer contract negotiations.
• Purchase materials and oversee project procurement.
• Set and enforce job site safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
