Job Summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex energy and industrial construction projects from planning through closeout, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, and safety.

Project Details

Primoris provides self-performed construction and EPC services across refining, gas processing, chemicals, hydrogen, power generation, mining, and other industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and cost controls.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors; track progress, manage risks, and report status to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout project delivery.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor agreements, project records, changes, and closeout reviews.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive project management experience in energy or heavy civil construction.
• Experience managing complex projects from start to finish; oil and gas, power generation, or renewable energy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of project management methods, scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications and manage budgets, risks, and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
