Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all self-performed construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications.
• Plan daily field operations including workforce loading, equipment needs, productivity tracking, and work sequencing.
• Manage self-perform budgets through cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment procurement to support field execution.
• Support project controls, scheduling, and progress reporting for self-perform scopes.
• Review submittals and verify design compliance for self-performed work.
• Assist with internal estimating for labor, equipment, and material forecasting.
• Prepare and review technical plans, work packages, and method statements.
• Support closeout documentation including as-builts and O&M manuals.
• Mentor and develop field supervisors, foremen, and trades professionals.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet contractual requirements.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5–8 years of construction experience with direct self-perform management responsibility.
• Proven track record leading craft labor and field supervision teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, productivity tracking, and field execution.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.
• Experience on mission critical, industrial, or large commercial projects required.
