Senior Electrical Project Superintendent

Job Summary

EPI Power is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Superintendent to lead subcontractors and field operations on fast-track data center construction projects. The position requires work six days per week, Monday through Saturday.

Project Details

EPI Power delivers electrical construction solutions for data centers and may require team members to travel or relocate based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct subcontractors and field crews while maintaining jobsite safety.
• Partner with project managers on schedule and budget management.
• Prepare two-week look-ahead schedules and update computerized project schedules.
• Support subcontractor buyout and selection activities.
• Coordinate field work and communicate with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Build positive jobsite relationships and mentor team members.

Required Experience

• At least eight years of project superintendent experience.
• Previous data center project experience and an electrical construction background.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and understand construction methods and materials.
• Strong organization, leadership, communication, business, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn project-specific software.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
