Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Bellevue to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex construction projects throughout the Northwest.

Project Details

Assignments are primarily located in Washington and Oregon, with regional project placement and potential relocation based on project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs, surveys, progress reports, and change management documentation.
• Administer complex subcontracted scopes, including scope definition, inquiries, progress tracking, and contract documentation.
• Support project startup, subcontractor submittal reviews, site inspections, and systems commissioning.
• Identify risks and coordinate project requirements involving schedule, quality, safety, and design compliance.

Required Experience

• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of operational construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, drawings, specifications, materials, standards, HSE, and quality requirements.
• Experience with subcontract administration, contract documents, scheduling, planning, and project coordination.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range is $96,000-$118,500 per year, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications.
