Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

PCL Civil Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its US Civil team in Colony, Texas. This role will support growth in the water and wastewater market and lead complex infrastructure work through planning, execution, and closeout.

Project Details

The position supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects using varied contract delivery methods, construction approaches, and multi-trade coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety, environmental, quality, cost, schedule, staffing, and resource management.
• Coordinate clients, designers, trade contractors, superintendents, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee design reviews, permits, procurement, submittals, construction sequencing, commissioning, and constructability resolution.
• Develop or oversee the Project Execution Plan and monitor performance forecasts, manpower, materials, equipment, and quality controls.
• Identify scope gaps and technical risks, support estimating and proposals, and develop value engineering opportunities.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture through inspections, progress meetings, incident reviews, and mentoring.

Required Experience

• Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Gold Seal certification is required.
• Progressive construction leadership experience, preferably 15 or more years, including experience with multiple contract delivery types.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, project laws, safety and environmental requirements, quality management, insurance, bonding, and legal requirements.
• Estimating experience, resource forecasting ability, strong communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced project environments are preferred.
