Job Summary
PCL Construction Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Denver to lead complex construction work, mentor project teams, support business development, and deliver safe, high-quality results for clients.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee project safety, environmental, quality, and execution programs.
- Lead client, design-team, trade-contractor, and stakeholder coordination.
- Support estimating, proposals, presentations, and securing new work.
- Guide value engineering, constructability reviews, permitting, procurement, commissioning, and design deliverables.
- Manage project resources, staffing, schedules, contract requirements, and issue resolution.
Required Experience
- Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Gold Seal certification (CDN).
- At least 15 years of progressive construction leadership experience preferred.
- Estimating experience of 12 months or more is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety and environmental requirements, quality management, building codes, contracts, insurance, bonding, and legal obligations.
- Experience with varied delivery methods, construction sequencing, labor issues, and multi-trade coordination.
Compensation and Benefits
