Senior Project Manager- Interiors

Job Summary

Lead the planning and delivery of interior construction projects, overseeing project teams and coordinating with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple or complex projects, including budgets, contract pricing, procurement, schedules, and project controls.
• Lead preconstruction, subcontract bidding and negotiation, buyout, and material and shop drawing coordination.
• Partner with the Superintendent on safety planning and implementation; maintain quality and contract compliance.
• Supervise and develop project staff, maintain stakeholder relationships, and provide timely project reporting.
• Manage project documentation, address claims and conflicts, and complete closeout and warranty follow-up.
• Support estimating, business development, and job interviews.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Eight to ten years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organization, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of contract law, project accounting, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.

Compensation and Benefits
