Senior Project Manager - Lincoln

Job Summary

Hausmann is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Lincoln office to lead multiple construction project teams and support successful delivery from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage several project teams simultaneously and provide direction, motivation, and accountability.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and recommend adjustments to maintain financial performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help ensure project services and deliverables are properly planned, budgeted, risk-managed, and completed on schedule.

Required Experience

• Seven to ten years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, decision-making, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with firm deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proactive, accountable, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.
