Senior Project Manager - Omaha

Job Summary

Hausmann is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Omaha to lead multiple project teams and guide projects safely, efficiently, and successfully from planning through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate multiple project teams in a high-volume construction environment.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and adjust project plans to maintain financial performance.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Support timely delivery while maintaining strong communication, organization, and client service.
