Senior Project Manager - Pipe - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop project management teams supporting heavy civil pipe construction operations in McKinney, Texas.

Project Details

This role supports heavy civil pipe work and requires flexibility to travel or relocate as operational needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers.
• Review project budgets, cost forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Support business development and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with project owners and engineers.
• Respond to urgent operational matters and work a flexible schedule when needed.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least eight years of supervisory construction experience.
• Previous progressive construction experience and the ability to travel or relocate.
