Senior Safety Specialist

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Safety Specialist to lead field safety coordination for complex industrial, manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor construction projects in Social Circle, Georgia.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group delivers large-scale industrial and manufacturing, data center, and semiconductor projects for innovative clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement field safety programs and conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard-abatement tracking.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety compliance, lead project safety meetings, and support field leadership.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, coordinate injury follow-up, and prepare safety and injury reports.
• Use safety management systems to analyze trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide safety guidance and training, assist with insurance audits, and manage controlled insurance program projects.

Required Experience

• At least five years of construction safety experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a safety or health-related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Advanced communication skills and proficiency with safety software, programs, and tools.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local, and company safety regulations and environmental hazard testing protocols.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
