Senior Superintendent - Commercial/High-Rise

Job Summary

Lead field supervision and coordinate construction work through successful project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage field teams and subcontractor work, maintain project schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, reports, meetings, drawing and submittal reviews, punch lists, testing, turnover, and closeout.
• Build productive relationships with owners and architects, and oversee multiple projects or travel as assigned.

Required Experience

• At least eight years of superintendent experience and extensive field construction supervisory experience.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor certification, or ability to obtain it within six months and maintain active status.
• Knowledge of construction trades, OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control; prior foreman, journeyman, or project engineer experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and sense of urgency.

Compensation and Benefits
