Senior Superintendent - High-Rise Multifamily

Job Summary

Lead field supervision for high-rise multifamily construction projects in San Francisco, overseeing work through completion and owner turnover.

Responsibilities

• Direct field teams and subcontractors while maintaining safety, quality, schedule, and cost controls.
• Review project documents and submittals, coordinate subcontractor meetings, and manage materials and job reporting.
• Oversee testing, punch-list completion, closeout, and owner acceptance.
• Travel and supervise multiple projects across a broad geographic area as needed.

Required Experience

• At least eight years of experience as a superintendent.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Current STS certification, or obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active certification.
• Knowledge of construction trades, OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range of $190,000 to $240,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, ESOP, paid leave, disability and life insurance, and other voluntary benefits.
