Senior Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

Job Summary

Lead construction field operations and coordinate project teams to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, subcontractors, field staff, safety, quality, materials, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and submittals, coordinate subcontractor meetings, and build effective relationships with owners and architects.
• Oversee punch lists, testing, turnover, closeout, and owner acceptance.
• Travel and supervise multiple projects across a broad geographic area as required.

Required Experience

• Engineering, construction management, or architecture degree, or equivalent experience including four years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Extensive supervisory field construction experience and working knowledge of construction trades.
• Prior experience as a foreman or journeyman in at least one trade, or as a Project Engineer.
• Current STS certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary of $180,000-$235,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, employee ownership programs, paid leave, insurance coverage, and additional wellness and voluntary benefit options.
