Job Summary

Primoris Heavy Civil is seeking a Structure/Bridge Foreman to guide field crews on bridge and structural construction in the Shreveport area.

Project Details

Lead bridge and structural work in the Shreveport area. Primoris Heavy Civil also performs highway, port, airfield, rail, and marine construction.

Responsibilities

• Direct crew assignments, coach workers, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Read project plans and drawings, monitor progress and materials, and maintain field records.
• Enforce safety requirements and conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Check completed work for quality, operate relevant heavy equipment as needed, and address jobsite issues.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least five years of heavy civil construction experience, including two years supervising bridge or structural work.
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Heavy equipment operating experience and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
