Superintendent 3 Electrical, Mission Critical

Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 with electrical expertise to lead mission critical construction projects within its Advanced Facilities Group, which focuses on data centers, semiconductor fabs, and industrial and manufacturing facilities.

This role sits within JE Dunn's Advanced Facilities Group, delivering large-scale data center, semiconductor, and industrial projects across the country for innovative, cutting-edge clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations on moderately complex stand-alone projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and company staff while enforcing safety, quality, and EEO standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Lead daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participate in OAC and project review meetings.
• Track project costs and budget using project management systems and cost reports.
• Manage material, equipment, and self-perform work plans.
• Identify and actively manage project risks and recommend solutions.
• Support project pursuit, marketing presentations, and client relationship development.
• Coordinate pre-punch and project closeout activities with owners, architects, and authorities.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in field supervision.
• Electrical and/or mission critical project background required.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and scheduling software.
• Advanced knowledge of layout, crane flagging, and rigging.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.
• Experience with Lean construction principles preferred.
