Superintendent 3 - Healthcare

About the role:

JE Dunn is hiring a senior-level Superintendent for healthcare projects out of its Kansas City headquarters. The role leads day-to-day field operations on complex hospital and medical builds — the posting calls for demonstrated success on healthcare projects valued over $50M.

What you'd own:

• Site safety culture, subcontractor oversight, daily standups, and weekly trade meetings
• Building and managing the project schedule jointly with the Project Manager, plus budget and cost monitoring
• Advanced layout work, with crane rigging/flagging knowledge expected
• Mentoring field supervisors on the project team

What they're looking for:

• 8+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years of field supervision
• High school diploma/GED required; a bachelor's in construction management or engineering is preferred
