Superintendent

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services is hiring a Superintendent to lead field operations for data center construction projects from its Seattle District, with work centered in the Northwest.

Project Details

The role supports a growing portfolio of complex data center projects primarily located in Washington and Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Direct project teams, subcontractors, and site activities while maintaining required productivity, quality, safety, and documentation standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, estimators, clients, consultants, trades, and labor representatives.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, complete schedules, critical-path strategies, and resource-loaded three-week lookaheads.
• Identify constructability concerns, schedule conflicts, contract risks, and cost or productivity issues, then implement corrective actions.
• Lead site meetings, manage stakeholder relationships, and support project budget, forecast, and profitability objectives.

Required Experience

• Journeyman certification or a related undergraduate or engineering degree.
• NCSO designation required; enrollment in the Gold Seal program preferred.
• Approximately 10 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred, including successful construction workforce supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, specifications, materials, scheduling, cost reporting, contracts, safety, environmental requirements, and project operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work scopes, lead meetings, resolve conflicts, apply engineering principles, and use scheduling software and Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits
