Superintendent

Job Summary

Lead field operations and coordinate project teams to deliver construction work through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, field crews, subcontractors, materials, quality, and safety practices.
• Review project documents, coordinate subcontractor meetings, and maintain reports and project records.
• Coordinate testing, punch-list completion, closeout, and owner turnover.
• Travel and oversee multiple projects when required by management.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience including four years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Substantial supervisory field construction experience and familiarity with construction trades; prior foreman, journeyman, or project engineer experience.
• Current STS certification, or ability to obtain it within six months and maintain active status.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.

Compensation and Benefits
