Job Summary

Barton Malow is seeking a Superintendent to lead onsite field operations for an automotive construction project in Peoria, Arizona. The final title and compensation will reflect the selected candidate’s experience.

Field leadership opportunity on an automotive project in Peoria, working with an established team and client.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field execution, sequencing, look-ahead planning, and trade coordination.
• Partner with the project manager, client, subcontractors, suppliers, and design team to resolve issues and maintain progress.
• Promote safe, high-quality work and Lean practices, holding project partners accountable.
• Build client and trade relationships and develop field engineers, assistant superintendents, and craft team members.

Required Experience

• Construction field leadership experience suited to the Superintendent level; automotive or other industrial project experience is preferred.
• Experience managing field schedules, trades, and site logistics.
• Strong safety and quality commitment, communication, and collaborative leadership skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Peoria, Arizona.
