Superintendent CONUS

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Superintendent with progressive construction experience to lead field operations on projects throughout the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Set jobsite safety expectations and promote safe work practices.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track project progress.
• Coordinate with project management and oversee subcontractors.
• Review job costs, manage labor quantities, and complete field reports.
• Direct quality control activities and train craft workers.
• Mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the same industry.
• Previous progressive construction experience.
• Willingness to travel is required.
