Superintendent - Healthcare

Job Summary

Lead field operations and oversee healthcare construction work through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage field teams and subcontractors, enforce safety practices, and maintain project quality standards.
• Develop and manage schedules, coordinate materials and tools, and prepare project documentation.
• Review plans, specifications, and submittals; lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project closeout and owner turnover.
• Oversee punch-list completion, startup testing, and final acceptance.

Required Experience

• Engineering, construction management, or architecture degree, equivalent experience, or four years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Extensive supervisory field construction experience and familiarity with construction trades, plans, and specifications.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification, or ability to obtain it within six months of hire and maintain active certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.

Compensation and Benefits
