Superintendent- Pipe - Heavy Civil

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a pipe superintendent to lead heavy civil field operations, with responsibility for safety, scheduling, cost control, quality, and workforce coordination.

Project Details

The role supports heavy civil pipe construction projects and requires willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set jobsite safety expectations and drive safe field execution.
• Prepare six-week look-ahead schedules and track the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management and monitor labor quantities and job costs.
• Complete daily and periodic project reports.
• Oversee quality control and subcontractor performance.
• Train craft workers and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the pipe or related heavy civil construction industry.
• Progressive field leadership experience and willingness to travel.
