Job Summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Self-Perform Superintendent to join its Advanced Facilities Group, leading field operations on large-scale industrial, data center, and semiconductor construction projects across the country.

Project Details

The Advanced Facilities Group focuses on Mission Critical, Advanced Industries, and Industrial & Manufacturing projects — including data centers, semiconductor fabs, and large industrial and manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of jobsite safety culture and investigate incidents as needed.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, self-perform crews, and overall site workflow.
• Develop and adjust the project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Oversee quality compliance through QA/QC standards and specifications.
• Manage material, equipment, and timecard approval processes.
• Lead daily standups, weekly trade meetings, and OAC progress meetings.
• Support project closeout activities including pre-punch coordination with owners and architects.
• Partner with field leadership on staffing, project pre-planning, and change management.

Required Experience

• 3+ years of construction experience with at least 1+ year in a field supervision role.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of self-perform operations, labor productivity, crane flagging, and rigging.
• Ability to apply Lean construction principles and manage project budgets.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel or relocate as needed.
