Traveling Assistant Superintendent Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney Construction is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a traveling role requiring full mobility across project sites.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and purchase project materials.
• Maintain as-built documents throughout construction.
• Serve as the primary contact for owners and architects/engineers in the field.
• Verify and analyze inventory.
• Conduct job site surveys.

Required Experience

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience leading crews on heavy civil water and wastewater projects.
• Demonstrated safety leadership and construction knowledge.
