Traveling Superintendent, Construction

About the role:

ARCO is hiring a Traveling Superintendent based out of its Riverside, MO (Kansas City) office to lead daily jobsite operations on design-build projects nationwide — the role travels throughout the United States.

What you'd own:

• The construction schedule, activity sequencing, manpower and equipment needs, in partnership with the project manager
• Subcontractor coordination; approving requisitions, field POs, and invoices
• Daily reports and enforcement of the company safety program

What they're looking for:

• 5-25 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent and a valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Excel
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs
