Job Summary

Weeks Marine is seeking a Project Engineer for its Houston-based construction operations. The role oversees the administrative and technical execution of projects while coordinating field and cost engineers and supporting project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling, revenue, costs, and cash flow.
• Coordinate temporary engineering, permanent design, quality control, and project closeout.
• Administer contracts and subcontracts and maintain client relationships.
• Support operations planning and lead communication between project management and engineering teams.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of construction or engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing engineers.
• Ability to interpret engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents and identify discrepancies.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, ethics, teamwork, and meeting deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime or weekends when required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation is $87,825-$131,738. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, wellness, employee assistance, life and disability insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.
