Williston HSE Coordinator

Job Summary

PCL Industrial Construction Co. is seeking an HSE Coordinator in Williston, North Dakota, to help project teams strengthen safety performance, implement HSE programs, and promote accountability across the jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of project or facility HSE, emergency response, environmental, security, and regulatory programs.
• Assist with safety training, hazard assessments, job hazard analyses, and Frontline Work Planning reviews.
• Perform and document HSE inspections and help track trends, corrective actions, and incident-learning activities.
• Monitor personal protective equipment, equipment and tool inspections, and trade partner safety documentation.
• Participate in internal, external, and trade partner safety audits.
• Support project management and supervision with emergency response and environmental plan implementation.

Required Experience

• Degree, diploma, or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• Progress toward NCSO, CHST, or OSHA 30 Hours in Construction credentials.
• Basic understanding of construction, industrial processes, regulatory requirements, incident investigation, and workers' compensation matters.
• Planning, organization, communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related systems.
