Job Summary

JE Dunn's Aptitude technology integration group is seeking a Project Manager 2 in Denver to lead technology-related project delivery, estimating, coordination, and client consulting. The role serves as a technical and project management resource for integrating technology scopes into building projects.

Project Details

The position supports technology, security, life safety, network integration, and Smart Building initiatives, with healthcare construction experience preferred. Assignments may involve project sites and office-based work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate technology design and construction activities to meet quality, technical, financial, and constructability requirements.
  • Develop scopes of work, responsibility matrices, budgets, proposals, schedules, and project plans.
  • Complete quantity takeoffs, obtain vendor and trade pricing, and manage project costs, billing, staffing, and projections.
  • Track milestones, communicate project issues, resolve problems, and maintain project records through closeout.
  • Manage consulting coordination with owners, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
  • Support business development, project pursuits, training, technology development, and team growth.
  • Promote an injury-free work environment and coach team members in support of company objectives.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 8 years of experience with information technology, security, or life safety systems.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop project proposals, fees, work plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
  • Healthcare construction experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $122,000-$155,000 per year, depending on experience, with eligibility for a target performance bonus. The position is classified as professional non-union and includes the company's professional benefits package.
