Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

Support project delivery by helping manage schedules, budgets, documentation, coordination, and field progress for Future, a Primoris Company.

Project Details

Future delivers telecommunications construction projects. The position may require visits to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, execution, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Maintain project records, including contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, internal teams, and field personnel.
• Attend meetings, document action items, monitor progress, and help address schedule or site issues.
• Support safety, quality, procurement, and resource coordination.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of construction project management or related experience; heavy civil, pipeline, or utility infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction processes and ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
