Project Manager

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to guide building projects from planning through completion, managing budgets, scope, documentation, and coordination with project partners.

Catamount delivers projects across diverse markets, including distribution centers, medical facilities, housing, restaurants, and fire stations.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract requirements, project records, logs, purchasing, and buyout decisions.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent on schedule updates and actions to support project progress.
• Build relationships with owners, respond to their needs, and lead owner, architect, and contractor meetings.
• Process owner pay applications, review subcontractor invoices and change orders, and maintain subcontractor communication.
• Monitor contract-document and scope compliance, address performance issues, and support the full project team.

Required Experience

• At least five years of related experience; general contractor experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, mathematical, reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; familiarity with Procore or ability to learn it.
