Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project finances, coordinate with owners and design partners, and guide building projects from planning through closeout.

Project Details

Catamount works across diverse markets, including distribution centers, medical facilities, housing, restaurants, and fire stations.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, contracts, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain schedules, coordinate recovery plans, and support timely completion.
• Build client relationships and oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and project closeout.
• Contribute to business development and preconstruction, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and client presentations.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of related experience; general contractor experience preferred.
• Related bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; Procore experience or ability to learn.
