Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager leads commercial construction projects from planning through completion, managing project teams, client relationships, budget, schedule, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource plans; monitor progress and address schedule risks and long-lead items.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage contracts, procurement, change orders, project costs, forecasts, owner billings, and status reporting.
• Oversee quality assurance, safety planning, constructability reviews, preconstruction, and project buyout.
• Identify risks and value engineering opportunities, resolve issues, and mentor team members.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of construction experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Commercial construction experience with a general contractor and an industry-related college degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring teams.
• Experience with senior living, student housing, hospitality, condominium, or other lived-in project types is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, or P6 is a plus.
