The Christman Company is hiring a Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project scope, staffing, schedules, budgets, risks, and change management with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage bid packages, bid reviews, subcontract agreements, work scopes, and trade contractor relationships.
• Oversee project documentation, including contract information, bulletins, field work orders, and change orders.
• Coordinate planning services such as estimating, scheduling, value engineering, and reporting.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project services meet contractual obligations and client needs.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of commercial construction experience in a leadership role with progressive responsibility.
• Training or coursework in construction management, project management, safety, or communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication, planning, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
