The Weitz Company is hiring a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on a data center project in Boydton, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and field employees to deliver work according to plans, specifications, schedule, and company standards.
• Lead jobsite safety and partner with project managers on schedule, budget, and staffing.
• Maintain the project schedule and prepare two-week look-ahead plans.
• Support major subcontractor selection and identify opportunities to manage cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
• Maintain accurate project records, including submittals, daily logs, and closeout documents, and enforce contract requirements.

Required Experience

• At least three years of extensive field and construction project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, organization, negotiation, and team development skills.
• Microsoft Office and Apple product experience; Procore, JDE, and Asta experience preferred.
• Data center experience strongly preferred.
