Sr. Project Manager (Healthcare)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is hiring a senior project manager to oversee project financial performance, scope, schedules, and client relationships for healthcare construction work.

Project Details

Catamount works across diverse markets, including medical facilities. This role focuses on healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, schedules, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams; negotiate changes and resolve project issues.
• Lead project buyout, preconstruction planning, client presentations, and project closeout.
• Support client development efforts and maintain strong owner relationships.

Required Experience

• 7–10 years of related experience; general contractor experience preferred.
• Related bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project; Procore experience or ability to learn it.
