Sr. Project Engineer (Light Industrial)

Job Summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support light industrial construction projects. The role works closely with project leadership, owners, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to keep project administration and execution on track.

Responsibilities

• Track contract requirements, project updates, logs, and changes throughout construction.
• Support purchasing and buyout, schedule monitoring, owner communications, and project meetings.
• Prepare owner payment applications and review subcontractor invoices and change orders.
• Check work against contract documents and scope, addressing performance concerns as needed.

Required Experience

• Strong project and people management, organization, communication, mathematical reasoning, and negotiation skills.
• General contractor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Procore or ability to learn it.
