Project Engineer

Job Summary

Support field delivery for PCL Solar Constructors USA, helping coordinate project documentation, trade partners, materials, quality, and closeout.

Project Details

This role supports solar construction projects. The primary location is Norwood, Georgia, with assignments potentially spanning multiple states and transfers to subsequent projects as work becomes available.

Responsibilities

• Support subcontract administration, scope coordination, change management, and review of cost and schedule impacts.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, as-built records, and design responses.
• Work with project leadership on safety, cost, schedule, quality, progress estimates, and claims.
• Track and expedite materials and equipment, assist with inspections and constructability coordination, and support project closeout and warranty work.

Required Experience

• One to three years of operational construction experience preferred.
• Related associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, HSE, quality, materials, and applicable standards.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, subcontracts, and contract documents; communicate effectively; and use Microsoft Office and operational systems.
