Project Engineer

Job Summary

Perini Management Services is hiring a Project Engineer in Augusta, Georgia, to support federal construction work and coordinate with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design reviews, project budgets, schedules, procurement, and construction documents.
• Track progress and costs, process scope changes, support subcontractor procurement, and help address project risks.
• Support construction oversight, site safety, subcontractor coordination, quality inspections, and project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings and manage submittals, RFIs, and punch list activities.
• Work with owners and security staff on site access and clearance requirements.

Required Experience

• Degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Construction Project Engineer or Project Manager work or internship experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Procore.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and relocate near the project site; federal construction experience or interest is sought, preferably with USACE or NAVFAC.
