Bilingual Safety Coordinator

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to support project safety operations in Nashville. This role works with safety leadership and field teams to strengthen training, documentation, inspections, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project and regional safety programs, training, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Maintain jobsite safety binders, records, signage, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate equipment and personal protective equipment needs with field supervisors.
• Review safety results and company documentation, lead toolbox talks, and promote a positive safety culture.

Required Experience

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• A degree in safety or a construction-related discipline is preferred.
• Construction experience or knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, time management, self-direction, and adaptability are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Bluebeam is expected.
• Availability to work at a jobsite or office five days per week, with travel for site visits and specialized training.
