Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to direct the administration, coordination, and financial performance of construction projects while partnering with the project superintendent and maintaining strong client, design-team, and subcontractor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project safety practices, support an injury-free work environment, and address incidents or training needs.
  • Coordinate preconstruction activities, estimating support, trade scopes, bid packages, buyout, subcontract awards, and risk reviews.
  • Manage submittals, materials, equipment pricing, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and other project stakeholders.
  • Administer change requests, project meetings, pay applications, schedules, cost forecasts, and profitability reporting.
  • Track schedule risks and develop mitigation plans for scope, weather, labor, and change impacts.
  • Lead project closeout, including punch lists, financial completion, subcontracts, and warranties.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least five years of construction management experience.
  • Working knowledge of construction means and methods, project processes, budgeting, scheduling, and Lean practices.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management, accounting, construction technology, and scheduling software, plus intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is classified as Professional Non-Union and includes the company's applicable professional benefits package. Travel or relocation and non-traditional work hours may be required based on project needs.
