Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead an in-person project in Shippingport, Pennsylvania. This full-time role oversees project delivery while supporting a performance-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct on-site construction activities in line with contract requirements, schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals.
• Coordinate project staff, trade-responsible engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and other project partners.
• Monitor financial performance through forecasting, owner billing, invoice review, and subcontractor administration.
• Plan and manage schedule execution, safety efforts, quality standards, project-office operations, and document requirements.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications and resolve issues before they affect project outcomes.
• Mentor junior employees and model the company's standards of integrity and teamwork.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or at least three years of relevant construction experience.
• Proficiency with construction management software used for collaboration, document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, financial tracking, and field communication.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
• General contractor operations experience and willingness to relocate to projects as needed are preferred.
