Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Superintendent

Job Summary

Municipal Pipe Tool is seeking a CIPP Superintendent to guide field crews completing sewer pipe rehabilitation work across the Midwest. The role calls for an organized, safety-focused leader with substantial CIPP installation experience.

Project Details

Projects support cities and industrial customers with sewer system rehabilitation, including work to reduce infiltration and overflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan installation work with the Project Manager and oversee crews through all phases of pipe rehabilitation.
• Maintain safe, orderly jobsites and ensure field work follows written instructions and project plans.
• Coordinate with project management and operations, track crew time and production, and support efficient scheduling.
• Work with the Fleet Director to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues.

Required Experience

• More than five years of construction supervisory experience and extensive CIPP lining installation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical knowledge and familiarity with traffic plans are desirable.
• Experience with CUES TV equipment and remote-control cutting devices, sewer collection systems, and sewer cleaning practices is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, basic MS Office skills, and ability to obtain a commercial driver's license with required endorsements.
• Strong organization and communication skills for working with crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers.
